98.3 The Coast is a Hot AC radio station, playing the best mix of artists primarily for the female audience of Michigan's Great Southwest. Covering the 80s, 90s and today's newest music, we also feature live and local mornings with the Best Mix in the Morning show with Zack East. Then, Phil McDonald keeps your workday moving 10a-2pm. Robin Van Dyke has the drive home covered each weekday 2pm-7pm. And Dynamite Dave makes nights more fun, 7pm-Midnight. The Coast prides itself on being completely live and local, with personalities known and/or originally from the Southwest Michigan area.
We're celebrating over 10 years as The Coast, originally launched as WCNF on 94.9 FM, we moved to 98.3 for better reach in Michigan's Great Southwest in 2008. Owned and operated locally by Mid-West Family Broadcasting, The Coast is the place to advertise for businesses and groups looking to work with a very powerful demographic. The 'Family' in our company name signifies the relationship we have with our close-knit and hard-working group of radio professionals to not only provide a great place to work, but to go over and above what people would expect of radio in a small market.
